The 16-year long study on 27,000 men aged 45-82 years old found that 1,600 of the men in the research suffered a heart attack; the men who skipped breakfast were 27 percent more likely to develop heart disease.
Missing breakfast increases the risk of having high cholesterol levels, obesity, high blood pressure and diabetes, which all contribute to heart illnesses.
